1.After payments are made, there is strictly NO refund upon cancellation of the order to avoid confuse.
2. Tracking number will be update on every night, before that, please don’t email or inbox us to request for it.
3. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.
4. If you receive the wrong lens which the mistakes are cause by our side or an
y other issue, please email/inbox us within 2 day base on the proof shown on the tracking system. If happened that seller posted the wrong items, customer have to post it back to seller for exchange, postage bear by each other. Under certain circumstances, we will post again the correct items together with the next order. If buyer request for separate posting, postage is on buyer's side.
6. For balance Refund is available for MAYBANK,CIMB & Public Bank acc only
7. Strictly NO exchange or return for the opened lens, defeat lens are only allow to claim if it's unopened.
8. Once payment confirmation has been made, it automatically means you have agreed and accept to our T&C all the terms and conditions stated above.
