❈ A gift for you ❈
with purchase over RM100 at booth weekend
I’ve always had a soft spot for the word of gratitude “Terima Kasih.”
It means “thank you” in Malay. To me, more than just gratitude. It’s soft, full of heart. Like saying, “I felt your kindness. I received your love.”
I’ve collected quite a few ありがとう (Japanese “thank you”) stamps over the years. One day, I found myself thinking, what about it in the language I grew up with.
One thing I’ve always loved: when we say “Terima Kasih,” it’s often replied with “Sama-sama.”
It means “you’re welcome,” but more than that, it carries the feeling of “it goes both ways.” A mutual gesture.
So, in my handwritten Terima Kasih - for being here, for seeing what I make…. for letting my work find a place in your days.
