Hari ni, 1 parcel COD akan gerak ke KL dan lg 6 parcel akan keluar ke destinasi2nya mll postage. Bila pack semua, dalam freezer, bilangan setiap jenis hanya tinggal angka angka 'sa'. Makanya plan nak berehat sekejap utk hari ni, kena pospon ke hari sabtu. Kena kejar order utk bekalan hari raya haji. Moh la kita berpagi2 mencari rezeki. Moga kita semua dimurahkan rezeki yang berkat, aamiin.

Assamualaikum...
Lunch apa tu?
Hari ni admin terlebih rajin. Setelah selesaikan Padprik td, teringat-ingat ikan bakar cicah air asam asam jawa. Lalu terhasillah menu lunch hari ini.

Resepi ikan bakar:-
Ikan selar, dilumir bersama garam dan kunyit serbuk. Dibakar di atas kuali ajaib..renjiskan minyak sedikit supaya senang nak terbalikkan ikan bila dah masak.

Resepi cicah air asam:-
Sedikit asam jawa - anggaran 2 sudu makan.
Sedikit air suam - agak2. Kalau nak oekat, kurangkan air. Kalau nak cair, lebihkan air.
Garam - secubit. Admin guna garam bukit kaler merah brand saji.
Gula - sesudu teh. Admin gula organic sugar
Bawang holland - selabu kecik size sebesar penumbuk bayi.
Cili burung - 4 biji. Potong.
Cili merah besar - 1 biji. Potong.
Sesudu teh petis
Sedikit belacan bakar - secubit aje.

Gaul asam jawa bersama air, sebati...tapi utk buang bijinya.
Camporkan semua bahan2 dan gaul sebati.

Erk, awas utk yang berdiet, menu ini mungkin akan menyebabkan anda bertambah nasi, hihi.
