3. Order & Booking :-
- Order : 50% of deposit is required (For pre-order item)
- Booking : At least 50% deposit ( Booking fees) and we expect then balance to be pain in full in 21 DAYS.
- Only items with deposit will be reserved. (For item avail. in M'sia)
- No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item.

5. Delivery:-
- Goods will be shipped via POSLAJU.
- NO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- Full payment needs to be made including postage.
- RM 10.00 FLAT RATE FOR EACH ITEM
- Please kindly take note that slight delays in delivery is not within our control as the shipment could be delayed due to held back by Malaysian customs, public holiday, or high volume of parcel st the postal office.
- Any pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-3 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.
6. PRE ORDER items are STRICTLY for the customer who are WILLING TO WAIT. If cant wait, please do not place your order.
7. Full amount will be refunded in case the goods are not available.
8. Exact availability changes from time to time.
9. Measurement provided might differ within 1-2cm
10. The actual colour of the items may be slightly different due to the lighting or colour resolution of different computers and cameras.
