SORIG Tibetan incense
SORIG is a Tibetan word literally means science of healing. The practice of using Incense dates back to the 7th Century and encompasses knowledge from ancient Tibetan Kings and great Indian Buddhist scholars. These formulas have been preserved and are still being used today for religious offerings, meditation and for overall mental and physical well-being or simply to purify and refresh rooms. Best used in the morning. This incense is recommended for meditation, as a spiritual or religious offering, and for protection against malevolent spirits and certain communicable diseases. This traditional formulation includes safflower, Rhododendron, juniper, kutki, rose, milk parsley, dragonhead, wormwood, mugwort or sagebrush and Indian sandalwood. These natural incense sticks are non-toxic and contain no narcotic or habit-forming ingredients. Environmentally-friendly and completely safe for inhalation. No additive added to "glue" the ingredients together, therefore the incense sticks are very fragile and each box may contain a few broken sticks.
