Working hours:
There is no official working hours. Any queries will be replied once seen or the latest within 24 hours. Online enquiry session via Facebook chat or Google will be open from 8pm-10pm on weekdays (if we are not online means we are not available) and any available time slot on weekends (kindly check whether we are "online"). Whenever you are interested in purchasing any piece, just provide us the following details:

We are very strict to assure you that we are not going to hold any order before order confirmation & payment. If you are confirmed with your purchase, please immediately drop us message. Once you have dropped us message, we will make a reply within 24 hours, and you have to pay within 24 hours after we provide you our account number. If you're not responding within 24 hours we will cancel your order and reservation. Please be informed that we have the right to amend any of our information anytime without notice. Every picture and word would be our copyright and it is not allowable to be pasted somewhere else without credit to us. Order Closing:
Orders are to be accumulated. If total pieces exceeds 5, we would close on every Wednesday by 9pm. If total pieces are less than 5, we would accumulate again and close on next Wednesday. Please be noted that "orders" here refer to orders that have been made payment. Orders without payment are not considered. We will place order the earliest by the next day or the latest by Saturday of the week. Please be patient and be assured that your parcel will definitely reach you (if no unforseen incidents happen). Out of Stock Item:
If unfortunately your confirmed order (after payment) is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, we provide you two options:
1. Choose another same price item & you will receive a small gift from us.
2. Choose another item with RM2 above the price of out-of-stock item but we do not charge you. For confirmed order yet to be paid, you can choose from the two options below:
1. Select another item with same price
2. Cancel the order
Goods return:
Please firstly write to us the product code and reason for returning. Reasons are subject to evaluation before confirming the return status. With all product descriptions and exclusions clearly stated, we are sure our customers will have a good understanding on the products. Hence, we do not accept reasons such as "out of expectation", "poor quality", "different colour" and etc that we consider as unreasonable. All returns are to be done within 2 days with complete package (containing all necessary doc & tags) after you have received your parcel. Customer would need to bear the shipping cost for return.
