We have some important news to share with you. Neato Robotics, Inc., the company behind Neato robotic vacuums, announced their closure in April 2023. As a result, we will no longer be able to offer service for Neato robotic vacuums starting from 1st July 2025.
We understand how essential Neato vacuums are for your home cleaning needs. Currently, we have a limited stock of crucial parts for repairs and servicing, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. We encourage customers in need of service to reach out to us promptly before these parts become scarce due to ongoing stock depletion.
