Crochet junkie, yarn hoarder and totally addicted to making amigurumi toys. I've been crocheting since 2013 and love making amigurumi toys.

Unless specified otherwise, all the amigurumi toys you see here are handmade by Lydia Sylvester. I'm either coming up with my own designs or making toys using patterns by other designers. As long as my hands are making something, I am happy =)

❣️ON HIATUS ❣️
It’s funny how, when I reflect back at this time of the year for the past few years, my hands would be so busy with fulfilling Christmas and holiday orders (which would’ve started piling up in July 😄🥰 ).
I’m now pursuing something that I feel is my true life’s calling, and thus will require my attention 25/7, so this “hobby” of mine will have to take a backseat. For now.
With much sadness, I won’t be taking any orders anymore. All items that you see in this pic, is all that I have left. If you’d like to purchase any of them (or yarn supplies, as I still have some left), please feel free to get in touch ☺️
Thank you to everyone who has been part of my crafting journey; from friends that I’ve made to anybody who has ordered anything from me. I’m forever grateful to have crossed paths with you.

When working on a new cuddly toy based on a pic, trying to gauge the size of how big the toy should be can be quite a challenge.

***BABY YARN SALE***
Hey everyone, this is all the stock of Baby yarns that I have as I have no plans in taking in anymore of this yarn.
Each of these 50g of baby yarn is RM5/ball. If you would like to take all 51 balls of yarn, the selling price is RM200. (Price is excluding postage fee for those outside of Kuching).

Ok now I am able to finally say with a happy heart that my Iban Girl from the Borneo Doll Series is done 😆❤️
Took me awhile and a few attempts to work out how I wanted to go about making her headgear.
Currently, she is still being made using baby yarn, which is 80% cotton and 20% milk fibre. But once I have sorted out my yarn supplies, will be looking forward to having her made with 100% cotton yarn 🧶 💕
