Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (PETROS) alerts the public to stay cautious and verify the identity of those claiming to be the personnel of our retail liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) arm, PETROSNiaga Sdn Bhd or its dealers and sub-dealers before allowing them to enter the compound of your premises for LPG cylinders inspection.

PETROSNiaga does not carry out such inspection without any prior notice. Customers may verify the identity of authorised personnel by calling PETROSNiaga's Customer Care at 1300-88-2122.

In the case where our authorised personnel are attending to customers’ request made via the Customer Care, customers will be provided with a case number upon request. Customers can use this case number to cross-check with the personnel to verify their identity.
