WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE WRINKLES AND LUMPS FROM MY PLUSHIE? 🤔✨

Since some of our plushies are very chubby, we have to vacuum pack them in order to ship them. As a result, when you first take them out of the package, they can have wrinkles and lumps. But, fret not! The longer your plush is out of its pack, the less wrinkles it will get. Don't forget to give it a good shake and pat down to get the lumps out!

HOW DO I WASH MY PLUSHIE? ⚡🤔

Here's a step-by-step guide to wash your chonky plushies:

1. On your washing machine, choose the gentlest cycle.

2. Using a mild detergent, wash our plushie in cold water.

3. If disinfection is a problem, use warm water or a product like Dettol Laundry Sanitizer, which, unlike chlorine bleach, is effective on both whites and shades.

4. It's also a bonus if the plushie is small enough to fit in a washable mesh bag or duvet cover. Towels may be used to add another layer of cover to the washer's drum. Recommended!

5. Air drying is the gentlest choice, but a low-heat hair dryer will help fluff up the fur once the plushie has reached the just-damp stage (think of it as a finishing touch!)
