HOW TO ORDER:

2) Colour of Item
3) Your mailing address
4) Contact number
We will reply to you within 24 hours with a confirmation on the availability of the item(s) and our bank account details, as well as any additional postage charges where applicable. Email the bank-in slip to us for our verification and delivery will be made within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment. As we want your item(s) to be delivered securely to you, we have opted to use only express mail (mainly PosLaju or Citylink). Postage charges within Malaysia are FREE, while postage charges to other locations will vary according to the weight of the item(s) and we will give you the details in our e-mail reply. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items after package is delivered.
2. Please make sure that you have provided the correct mailing address. In the event of returned packages, the payment to re-send the package will be charged to the customer. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You may return any item that you are not satisfied with within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund as store credit or to exchange it for a different colour or item. Please send us an e-mail at [email protected] prior to sending the item(s) back to us as we reserve the right to reject any unnotified returns. Any item returned must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If the item is found to be in an unsuitable condition, it will be returned to you along with an e-mail notifying you of our decision. Refunds will be issued as store credit and we will provide you with a voucher number for future use. For exchanges, in the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will give you a refund in the form of store credit.
