Office headquarters proposal in an Airport space. The current existing space is tight, low ceiling height. off-shape, not well arranged space for couple numbers of staff and not pleasing to eyes of visitors that drop by to the office. I've proposed and uplift the mood and make the space looks larger and occupied in every little space available. With translucent glass, lighter wall paint, selected carpets, wall feature and wall photos can transform a space once bare to beauty.

The design and planning for this type of kiosk allocated were for the counter, sales area, seating and back of house for keeping out stocks. Fragrance & cosmetic counters for Luxury Brands. This project was done for a free duty mall in Sabah. Fragrances and cosmetic counters can be very detail and technical oriented when it comes to their construction drawings. I've proposed brass and clear glass as shelfs with back lit wall marble-laminated panel as a highlight for the overall niche look.

Area of +/- 3500 sqft for a Lifestyle Studio proposal & renovation. Rendered cement, white wall paint, closed ceiling type with linear LED lights, spotlights and air cond diffuser & others. Some area were divided by a mobile wall partition that can be open and closed up for certain usage & occasion. Practical for model & product photoshoot, make-up lodge plus an area for common use.

Office design for a work place with an open space concept. Mix and match of seaters and table that you normally used for a living room for a home. Yes indeed it was. The choice of fixtures with white wall cabinets for storage and several mobile wall paneling with track is requested by client for more open and practical use of space for a design and marketing department. Linear track LED light for a daylight ambience and linear air cond diffuser to create a modern type of an office design.
