LeCharme is a website specially created for you to bring you an easier life. Understanding that there are lots of people who are very busy which therefore has lack of time to shop. We sell phone cases for various models and also some customizable merchandise. We also provide customized phone case (case printing) services to our customers.

Terms and conditions

1) All images posted shall not be plagiarized as they are LeCharme copyrighted.

2) There are no cancellation after orders are made.

3) Goods will be delivered to you 3-4 days after the closing date. Pre-order might take a few weeks to reach you depending on when the stock arrives.

4) Payment must be paid due 5 days after the order using Malaysian Ringgit(RM).

5) We will only post the goods for you after we have confirmed that you have already bank in the money.

6) You can still take the order and make the pre-order if product has finished.

7) Money will be refund if we are out of stock. *this only applies to those who have already paid*

8) Colors of the product might be slightly different due to the lighting effects.

9) The postage fee rate for accessories is RM5 (West M'sia) & RM7(East M'sia) per order & for other products is RM7 (West M'sia) & RM9 (East M'sia). If you are purchasing accessories together with other products, postage fee will be charged for only RM7 (West M'sia) & RM9 (East M'sia)! :)

10) A COD (pick up point) is available at Taylors' University Lakeside Campus! (no postage fee charge)

11) We only accept payment via Cash Deposit (MAYBANK & AMBANK) for now.

12) We do not have the warranty for our products.

13) No refunds or exchanges once the transaction has already made.We will only bare with the damages caused before we post it out to you.

14) Customers are advised to ask us questions regarding the products before ordering.
