Feels like your child can’t play alone?
You might (accidentally!) be doing things that interrupt independent play.
Here are 3 habits to shift:
1. Hovering: Kids sense pressure when we’re always watching.
2. Over-directing: Let them lead their play instead of jumping in with your ideas.
3. Overstimulating toys: Too many flashy features = overwhelmed senses.
What can you do instead?
Set up a calm space, rotate open-ended toys, and step back.
