Suntory Toki 🥃
• A blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita.
• It has different composition to another Suntory blend-Hibiki, as its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It should work really well in a highball.
• Taste fruity, bitter herbs, toasted almonds & vanilla oak linger underneath.
• Finishing is white pepper & ginger add spice to the finish.

Dalmore 15Y 🥃
• Smooth, rich and well rounded. It delicates and approachable vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
• The character is achieved by then splitting the whisky equally between 3 different sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso for a further 3 years.
• Smell with orange marmalade, cinnamon & nutmeg while Taste like mandarin, vanilla & chocolate. Having finishing with malty barley and smoky espresso.

• It has intricate aromas and flavours, and is recognize as whisky with character far beyond its age.
• This spirit takes an initial 9 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks to mature. Then, the spirit divides into its final flourish. One half remains in the bourbon barrels, while the other transferred to exclusive 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky.
• Having smell of citrus fruits, chocolate & aromatic spices, taste like citrus, oloroso sherry, vanilla pod. Finishing with roasted coffee & chocolate.

- Named for the distillery's sixth Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, as he was first Malt Master to double-matured Glenfiddich whisky in two different casks.

- Aged 21 Years, perfect combination of both pioneering liquids, the heightened candied sweets and oakiness of Glenfiddich are complemented by mouth-watering tropical fruit notes and a luscious sweetness from the unique Icewine cask finish.
- With unique production process of the intensely sweet IceWine and learn about how the grapes had to be picked at moonlight at -10˚C when they were as hard as pebbles, which to experiment with several French oak Icewine casks, to result coping with the extra Icewine intensity.
- Lusciously sweet, short, crisp whisky that offers soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish delight that develop into flavours of mouth-watering lychee.
