David Elam, Helping Clients Realize their Dream Home

In earlier 2019, my wife Amy and I downsized from our 4-bedroom house in a small town outside of Raleigh and moved to Carolina Beach to live a lifelong dream we’ve always wanted after our children were grown and living life on their own. This is something we’ve always wanted to do and know how rewarding, yet challenging it is. I decided to become a licensed Real Estate Broker with Intracoastal Realty to help others like me navigate the real estate market in a new city just like we did. And the principle I’ve based my 40-year career on is helping people get what they want. From helping people get healthy by joining a health club, to helping paving contractors meet environmental regulations by switching to environmentally friendly products, to helping sales reps have a successful sales career, and keeping people motivated to accomplish their goals.

I have worked with clients throughout the world, helping them get what they want, and I am now excited about helping you get that second home at the beach you’ve always dreamed of or that rental property to add to your portfolio or finding that perfect community to retire in or to upgrade to accommodate a growing family. I have personally done all of these in my lifetime and I know I can help you navigate these waters.
