☆I want to talk about work☆
I work at a Malaysian Japanese sushi restaurant. The Japanese boss and the managers above don't know. The managers below are crazy.
We have to work like cows and buffaloes because we are willing to work. The salary is not willing.
The salary we get is not even the price of a pet dog that we love at home.
All Japanese tycoons and managers need to know and understand.

ကေလးက စားျမဲ စားတာပဲ
အဲဒါ ဂႏၵီႀကီး ဆုံးမေပးပါအုံးရွင့္
ဆိုၿပီး လာေျပာတယ္။

ဂႏၵီႀကီးက ျပဳံးျပဳံးရႊင္ရႊင္နဲ႔
ေနာက္ တစ္လေလာက္ ေနမွ ျပန္လာခဲ့
လို့ ေျပာလိုက္တယ္။

ဒီလိုနဲ႔ တစ္လေလာက္ၾကာေတာ့
အဲဒီ အမ်ိဳးသမီးနဲ႔ သူ႔ ကေလး
ျပန္ေရာက္လာျပန္တယ္။

အဲဒီေတာ့မွ ဂႏၵီႀကီးက
ကေလးကို ၾကင္နာစြာနဲ႔ ၾကည့္လိုက္ၿပီး
သားေလး အခ်ိဳေတြ သိပ္မစားနဲ႔ လို့
ရိုးရိုးေလးပဲ ေျပာလိုက္တယ္။

အဲဒီေတာ့ ကေလးေလး က
ရႊန္းရႊန္းစားစား ျပန္ၾကည့္ၿပီး
ဟုတ္ကဲ့လို့ ေျပာလိုက္တယ္။

ဒီကေလးကို အခ်ိဳမစားနဲ႔ လို့
ဆုံးမဖို့ ဆိုတာက
ငါက အရင္ဦးဆုံး အခ်ိဳမစားတဲ့သူ ျဖစ္ရမယ္။

သူမ်ားကို ဆုံးမျပဳျပင္ေပးခ်င္ရင္
အရင္ဆုံး ကိုယ္ကိုတိုင္လည္း
ျပန္လည္ဆုံးမ ျပဳျပင္ထားဖို့ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။

ေမတၱာျဖင့္ကူးယူထားျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
