Happy Dragon Boat festival!
Around 2300 years ago today, a loyal and righteous officer jumped into the river, not wanting to surrender to the enemy army. The locals threw food into the river, hoping the fishes would not eat his body.
Thats why we make rice dumplings on this day😁

Buckwheat tempeh! After 36 hours. Texture is pretty 'springy', even better than soy. But soy still taste more fragrant

Buckwheat is so much easier to handle! Only soak 6 hours and boil 15mins. No dehulling and i also sprouted for 1 day🤩
