We recently had the opportunity to speak with Malaysian-based audio engineer, Shou Wei Teoh, about his professional work.

When asked what makes a good engineer, he didn't mention gear or brands:
“It’s trust,” he says. “Sound is subjective. Five people will give you seven opinions. What gets you hired again is trust. People like us handle the most sensitive elements of live shows. We can make it or break it.” That trust takes years. Many years. “You have to enjoy the process of gaining trust. If you’re in this just for fun and quick careers, you won’t make it.”

We are deeply shocked by the passing of the late Datuk Seri B**g Moktar Radin. Even he knew he was unwell, he continued to serve with dedication during his lifetime. Had the honour of serving him at several events. Sharing these picture memories as a tribute to his commitment and service. Our heartfelt condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace.
