1. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days once payment is made and confirmed.
2. We only ship after PAYMENT IS CLEARED. If you are using interbank Giro Transfer (IBG), your order will dispatch after we received the proof of payment from you.

Return and Exchange Policy:
1. Cancellation is only allowed for products that have not been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
