Neighbour running fish business in my condo, can meh? 🤯

Home-based business has become super common nowadays.
And while it’s not illegal to use your house or condo address as your SSM business address, it can violate your condo’s management or housing rules — especially if it’s a residential strata title.

Generally, most managements close one eye if:
✅ No smell or noise
✅ No customer traffic (in & out = safety concern)
✅ No leaks or safety risks from heavy equipment
👀 And nobody complain...

So, usually livestock trading activities will not be allowed in a residential condo settings, due to potential water leaks as well as hygiene and safety issues.

But if you quietly sell a few hobby fish online, most won’t bother.
Condo life — even your fish need to follow SOP. 😅

📦From a lost parcel to a loving home🏡

Three Betta fish were found in a lost parcel, weak after three weeks without food. We adopted them and cared for them slowly, and after a month they are getting stronger each day , true little fighters.
