HOW TO DEODORISE THRIFT STORE CLOTHING ‼️

Strong odors and scents can be eliminated from thrift store clothing using a variety of techniques. Three of these favorites are listed below:

🧼Baking soda: Sprinkle baking soda on both sides of your clothing and let it sit for a few hours before washing. This method works well for sturdy fabrics like cotton and polyester. However, it's advisable to perform a patch test on other fabrics to avoid any potential damage.

🧼Vinegar: Add 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar to the rinse cycle of your laundry or use it as a replacement for detergent. For small loads, 1/2 cup is sufficient, while larger loads may require 1 cup. Vinegar not only removes odors but also naturally softens clothes without leaving residue.
