Terms & Conditions
Only for Serious Buyer, for the customer cannot wait. Please do not place the order.
认真买家，任何无法等待的顾客，请不要网购
1) 100% refund for out of stock item 任何缺货， 100%退款
2) Goods sold are not refundable货物出门，不可退货
3) Our Price in online is excluded postage, we offer the courier service, Kangaroo, Skynet , Pos Malaysia (Air Parcel), West Malaysia Delivery is 1-3days and East Malaysia is 5-7days (Air Parcel) 价格不包括运费，卖家都是由各自的邮寄方式，请询问之后才下单
4) Risk of missing or damage during deliver not beared by shipper 在运输上面有任何遗失/损坏不是卖家的责任
5) We will reserve the item for 3 days, please make the payment within 3 days upon confirmation.所有订单只限保留三天，逾期者不留
7) Color may not same as the picture due resolution of photo may look different. 照片颜色和实物可能有差误，这个不可作为退货的理由
8) All the Pre Order, standard deliver time is 3-4 week, but may delayed cause by uncertain issue. Please do not order if you unable to wait 任何预购订单是大概3-4星期，可能海运/空运上有特别状况，没有耐性等待的顾客请不要下单
9) We only deliver or the item which quality acceptable , we may request you to cancel order if the item came in is no quality or defect. 坚持质量产品，任何质量问题会认真看待
10）Any good came in for pre order , if customer no response for the advise , we will forfeited the deposit without any inform within 14days good reach to Malaysia.
任何预购产品，货物到14天，没有回邮/联系，一切会自动取消，订金不可退还
After Sales Services :售后服务
1) We accept online / phone call support for understand the product and how to use product2) 100% testing before send out 所有产品必须检查好才发出，卖家必须让买家了解产品如何使用
3) Spare parts / Repairing provide for all the product配件维修（如果卖家有注明）
4) Warranty provide for certain item, please make enquiry保家（如果卖家有注明）
5) Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to us. Delivery costs covered by customer.任何有问题的产品必须立即退还，原来的配件作为保家退还/维修。 运费是买家承担（如果产品不是厂家问题）
Payment Method:付款方式
1) You can make payment via internet banking/ Cash deposit / Cheque through our Bank
卖家/买家都有自己的付款方式，请询问
2) One the stock is confirm, please make the payment within 3 days产品库存数量确认了，三天必须付款取货
3）Please sms / message us upon the payment done, please mentioned payment reference number, date & amount 任何付款信息必须通过手机短讯/ 面子书信息/电邮为确认
Pre Order 预购活动
1. Delivery 4-5 week upon receive payment 付款后的4-5个星期 海运/ 空运- 请查问
2. All the toy is declare under Malaysian Certificate, Custom have right ask for more detail document to support the clearance and the processing time can extent 1-2 week所有玩具必须注册与马来西亚的安全条例
3. Pre Order customer must understand and patient 预购买家必须要有耐心和明白
4. We offer the lowest price for Pre Order's customers / items.预购价格是很低的利润
5. If you unable to wait too long, you can purchase ready stock item.如果无法等，急件，请买现货
6. All the booking/ Pre Order must follow term. 任何预购都需要付款（付款多少是有卖家决定）
7. If we found the quality issue, we will inform to customer and fully refund / replace other order如果任何品质问题，必须要通知顾客，可以要求退款/补发其他东西替代
8. If the good arrived and we inform to customer for balance payment, if customer no response within 2 week, we reserve the right to forfeited the down payment and sell the product to other people. 如果货物到达，卖家通知顾客，2个星期顾客没有回复，一切交易作废。
9. If buyer insist want to cancelled the order due to certain of reason, We will submit for the approval, We will charge 8% Administration fees from cancelled order.如果顾客坚持要退款，所有杂费和取消费用是订单价格的百分之八
10. We reserve the right to accept / reject the Request Cancellation subject to our management approve. 卖家有权接受/拒绝任何取消订单。如果订单已经在安排中。
