Dear customer, kindly be informed that our shop never activate grab merchant account. We surprised and received a call from a customer that we had received payment and not give the items to him. Grab delivery man also helped us to call centre and clarified this matter.

• the page of the grab merchant also not details. Uploaded photos are incomplete.
• we never post any items at the grab merchant apps
