本公司 iSoya Enterprise 特此发布正式公告：
原任职于本公司的
Eddie CL Loh（Business Development Manager）
已自 2026年4月1日（01/04/2026）起被停职，并全面终止其在本公司的一切职务、权限及代表资格。
自上述日期起，Eddie CL Loh 已不再受本公司授权，
亦无权以本公司名义进行任何形式的业务接洽、报价、承诺或合作行为。
任何其以个人名义或其他身份所进行的商业行为，
均属未经授权行为，并与本公司完全无关。
本公司特此郑重提醒所有客户与合作伙伴：
1. 所有业务往来、报价及合作，必须通过本公司官方渠道确认
2. 请勿与任何未经授权之个人进行交易或资金往来
3. 因非官方渠道所产生之一切风险、损失或纠纷，本公司概不承担任何责任
本公司将持续监督及记录相关情况。
对于任何涉及未经授权使用本公司名义、客户资源或商业信息之行为，
本公司将毫不犹豫采取一切必要法律行动，包括但不限于追究相关法律责任及损失赔偿。
本公告构成本公司之正式法律声明，
并自发布之日起即刻生效。

🚨 OFFICIAL LEGAL NOTICE & IMPORTANT CLIENT ADVISORY
The Company hereby issues this formal announcement:
Mr. Eddie CL Loh (Business Development Manager),
formerly employed by the Company,
has been suspended effective 1 April 2026 (01/04/2026), and his employment, duties, authority, and all forms of representation of the Company have been fully terminated as of that date.
With effect from the above date, Mr. Eddie CL Loh is no longer authorized to act on behalf of the Company in any capacity, including but not limited to business negotiations, quotations, commitments, or any form of commercial engagement.
Any actions undertaken by him in his personal capacity or otherwise
shall be deemed unauthorized and are entirely independent from the Company.
The Company hereby advises all clients and business partners as follows:
1. All business dealings, quotations, and collaborations must be verified through the Company’s official channels
2. Please refrain from engaging in any transactions or financial dealings with unauthorized individuals
3. The Company shall not be held liable for any risks, losses, or disputes arising from dealings conducted outside its official channels
The Company will continue to monitor and document all relevant matters.
In the event of any unauthorized use of the Company’s name, client base, or commercial information,
the Company will not hesitate to take all necessary legal actions, including but not limited to the pursuit of legal liability and claims for damages.
This notice constitutes an official legal statement of the Company
and shall take immediate effect upon publication.
All parties are hereby advised to take due notice and act accordingly.
