Adakah anda berasa kurang menjaga diri sendiri? Banyak perkara boleh menghalang kita, termasuk tanggungjawab menjaga keluarga, kerja, komitmen sosial dan banyak lagi.

Tetapi, sebenarnya, apabila kita menjaga diri dan keperluan kita sendiri adalah masa yang terbaik untuk kita hadir untuk semua orang dan menunaikan tanggungjawab dalam hidup kita.

Penjagaan diri bukanlah sesuatu hal yang mementingkan diri sendiri. Kita mestilah memberi tumpuan kepada perkara yang membuatkan kita berasa sihat dan apa yang memberi kita makna. Ia adalah sebahagian daripada cara untuk mengurangkan tekanan perasaan dan kebimbangan serta memberi kita pendirian yang lebih kukuh.

Selepas lebih daripada satu setengah tahun pandemik COVID-19 telah mengubah banyak cara hidup kita selama-lamanya, daripada pengaturan kerja kita kepada aktiviti rekreasi kita juga kepada kehidupan sosial kita. Realiti baharu ini menimbulkan cabaran yang unik untuk kita semua.

Praktis penjagaan diri sangat penting berbanding keadaan sebelum COVID-19 terutamanya dalam menjaga kesihatan emosi dan kesejahteraan kita di norma baharu.
