2. Items sold are NOT exchangeable, refundable or returnable once payment has been made (EVEN IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN POSTED OUT YET). You cannot mend your order once payment has been made.

8.NO REFUND for any damaged items AFTER you have worn the item. But you are welcomed to ask us to repair the damaged items. We are pleased to help.
9. For customize handmade items, after you have place an order, you will have to pay first before we can start producing the customize orders you have requested earlier.
10. The customize handmade items will take at most 2 days - 2 weeks time to finish. However, normally the production time is earlier than that.
11. Once you have done with the payment, please wait until we inform you that your orders have been done, IF YOU CAN'T WAIT, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER.
12. We will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items during shipment. If this case happen, however, we would try our hardest to assist you to solve any problems that occur.
