Good day, everyone! We are sorry to inform you that our event, heXa depot, which was scheduled to take place on 27th-28th May 2023 has been cancelled due to unforeseen reasons by the school management. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disruption we have brought to you.

While we were eagerly looking forward to hosting the event, circumstances beyond our control have necessitated this cancellation. We apologize for the disappointment brought. We assure you that this decision was not made easily and it was driven by factors beyond our control. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and understand the impact that may bring on the plans done.

Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
