*Note: All clothes, necessities & etc cannot be 100% sure it is available, we only know after make orders with our suppliers and when they are arranging your order list.
请注意，在您下单后，虽然已查好货源给您，而且您也付了款给我们，但在同一个时间厂家那儿还有其他批发商的订单，也许当排到您的订单时，会有存货短缺，售完或是发现质量问题的状况发生。
*注：所有商品不能100%确定有货，只能等到向供应商下单后和当安排配货的时候才能知道。
We will inform you that once this incident arises before we send the stocks to you and will wait for your reply whether willing to change to other stock which is available for you or out of the clothes, necessities & etc we will replenishment as much as possible before the deadline。
一旦遇上以上状况，我们会通知您，好让您另选其它款式或是缺货的商品我们会在截止前尽量帮顾客们补货。
If after the deadline just knowing insufficient goods to be supplied to customers, customers may change/replace to another item(s), but shipment/delivery is could not make it during the ship out period as stated on the order list before. We only will ship out together on another week upon the ship out period as stated with the balance of the goods when there are completed. If customers are not willing to wait, Customers do not have to worry, we will refund the money to you (only refund the relevant items).
如我们在截至后才发现不够货配给顾客们，顾客们可以另选其它商品，但却不能在原先我们指定的发货期间收到货物。我们将与其余已配好的商品一次性地从指定的发货日期挪后到一个星期后才发货给顾客们。若是顾客们不愿意等，我们愿意退款给顾客们，请顾客们不必担心（只退款于有关商品）。
All pictures shown may be varying from the actual stock. Actual colors of the items might differ due to lighting or monitor resolution；And, size measurement will be biased too.
所有的商品都以实物为准，照片颜色只供参考，与实物会有偏差, 偶尔个别商品会因为电脑显示或灯光的问题，有轻微的色差；尺寸也会有偏差。
** Remark: Rules for purchase Clothing **
We do not accept any exchange/return of apparel under any circumstances or reason, such as: dislike the color or think that the color is different with the photo, size too small or big, too transparent, color different and other reason.

以下的理由，我们并不接受您要求换货/退货：-
a.不喜欢衣服的颜色 / 或是认为衣服颜色和照片里的颜色有偏差。
b.尺码太小或太大
c.衣服太薄
d.或是其它不合理的理由。
We are not entertaining any cancellation once order is confirmed and payment had been paid by customer. Please take note that goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless cause by quality issued such as ragged & dyeing of cloths.
请注意，商品售出后概不退还或更换，除非因质量原因，如染色或破烂，但如是人为造成并不受理。
The following are not quality issues:
(1) Thread, fold, color different with photo
(2) does not affect the overall wear of the defects, such as the lining, and so is not obvious corners of opening lines, uneven stitching, pale little leisure clothes spots, small stain
(3) and the picture slightly different kind, such as buttons, corners, tag
(4) A slight gap between the real and image quality, such as the material used, workmanship degree
以下情况不属于质量问题:
（1）线头、褶皱、色差
（2）不影响整体穿着的瑕疵，如里衬、边角等不明显处开线，缝制不齐，淡色衣服上的小暇斑、小污点
（3）实物与图片略有差别，如纽扣、边角、吊牌
（4）实物品质与图片稍有差距，如面料使用、做工精细度
Please understand that where each garment is a piece from the factory packaging, we can not be a piece for the customers check its quality, because the wholesale nature of the site is done, a week that a large number to packing and ship the clothes, we always try to reduce this problem.
敬请顾客们理解，每件衣服从厂家那儿都是一件件包装好了，我们无法一件件地为顾客们检查它的质量，只因本站是做批发性质，一个星期里会有大量的衣服要包裹及发货，我们始终在尽力地减少这个问题存在。
Final interpretation of these agreements goes to all sites. If you cannot accept the above regulations and statements, please do not order with us. If you order goods from us is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to accept the above agreement. Our Site has the right to unilaterally modify or change the contents of this service agreement.

Delivery status: 3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) upon closing date (on every Saturday – Cut Off Time: 11:00a.m.).
