TOPIC #2 WAHN: THE GLORIOUS ERA: UMMAH AT THE PEAK

The World Without Wahn - Examples from History
Islam comes to demolish all forms of corruption and evil customs that were spread at that time and to establish the complete code of life based on divine revelations which stands completely against all types of unjust systems and behaviours. During this era, Muslims ruled the world as a superpower. It is only Islam that had given Muslims this honour, dignity, prosperity and success. It was during this period that the Islamic Empire produced Muslims of impeccable leadership characters that raised the bar sky high.

The ummah enjoyed a glorious era of success under the leadership of the righteous where diplomacy and international relationships were based on respect and dignity. Political decisions were made keeping in mind the spirits of faith and human value. The dignity of Islam and Muslims was always upheld and nothing ever made the people compromise on their faith. Knowledge was so valuable that books and teaching were sometimes preferred over money as spoils of war. Administration, education and social sciences are introduced. Barriers of religion, language and colour were dismissed, and rights and justice prevailed over all. The economic and well-being of the ummah was of primary concern and Muslims lived in pretty good conditions.

Allah says,

{الَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّـٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَمَرُوا۟ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا۟ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلْأُمُورِ} [الحج: 41]

“They are those who, if established in the land by Us, would perform prayer, pay alms-tax, encourage what is good, and forbid what is evil. And with Allah rests the outcome of all affairs.” [Al-Hajj: 41]

TOPIC #1 WAHN: THE PROPHECY OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W

There are abundance of rational proofs that lead us to one certain conclusion: Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was indeed the final messenger of God to this world. Among them are the many prophecies of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with regards to the future, which in many situations represent the most conclusive and most convincing evidence of his prophethood.

He is the only one whom God Almighty has singled out from His creation to know parts of the unseen that God willed, so God opened the horizons of the unseen for him in a very precise manner. All of his prophecies came true which undeniably proves his prophethood, and some are yet to take place, but the signs of their imminent arrival have started to materialize.

Irrespective, as Muslims we certainly believe in what our Messenger has prophesized. As for the atheists and the stubborn ones, they will only increase in blindness and stray further even if all the signs appear before them.
