Our team, Giant Bicycles Malaysia is expanding! Our team is looking for a highly passionate, self-motivated, and team player who are keen to build excellent customer service environment, develop market awareness, and a creative problem solver eager to help get everyone on a bike!
Are you passionate about excellent customer service? Are you a natural at developing positive relationships with internal and external customers? Do you constantly talk to your friends, family and pets about bikes and every detail of every component? Are you a creative problem solver eager to help get everyone on a bike? What youโll do-
As a Sales & Marketing Executive in Giant Bicyle , youโll be on the frontlines helping people have fun by riding bikes. Youโll get to learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, make thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and carry on meaningful relationships with riders in your community. The pace is fast, the customers are curious, and having an all-for-one, customer-centric team mentality is huge.
We value hospitality skills first, and weโd rather hire someone whoโs eager to learn than someone who thinks they know it all. If youโre already a bike expert, thatโs awesome. If not, weโll train you.
The key is that you know how to treat customers, evaluate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

Requirement -
- Must be passionate in the sport of cycling!
-SPM (minimum)
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Experience in Adobe Photoshop, photo shooting, video shooting & editing (Preferred)
-Good command in English and Malay
-Basic skills in Excel and Microsoft word
-Punctuality, self discipline
-Able to work overtime (If required)
-Team player
