Delicious creamy roasted pumpkin soup 👌🏻

Preparation of Roasted Pumpkin soup:
I put olive oil, garlic and dry Romain on my pumpkin🎃 , going to roast it 50 min in the oven (around 200C heat)

My best ever Almond-Chocolate cake -OMG 😋
I have to give you the recipe!

MamaChef’s Almond Cake

Unsalted butter -150 gr
Dark Chocolate -150 gr
1 shot of Espresso
Sugar -150gr
4 Eggs
1,5 cups Almond Flour
Baking Powder -5 gr

Method
1-preheat the oven for 180 C
2- Butter a springform cakepan
3- Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave (4x30 sec , mix well in between 30 sec pause )
Add the coffee , keep aside
4-in a large bowl , mix sugar and eggs until the mixture is light snd creamy , add almond and baking powder mix them slowly
5-Add chocolate mix into the Almond preparation, put it in the cakepan , bake for 35 min
When done cooking let the cakepan cool down on the counter top
6- transfer the cake to a serving dish
7- dust the top of the cake with icing sugar or choice of your taste
PS: not the best cake photo , i t**e a very quick picture just before eating wish i knew it is going to be the best cake ever !!!!
