Tiny but mighty! 🐠✨ Did you know most reef fish start as planktonic drifters, riding ocean currents for days and months? 🌊 Their survival is a wild mix of luck & skill where roughly ~1% make it to settlement!

Larvae use specialized muscles & sensory cues like smell and sound to navigate back to reefs and at settlement, undergo massive body changes - new colors, fins, even eyes adjust for reef life! 👀
