MUGEN CAR CLUB invites you for our one and only upcoming Roadshow for this year on Sunday 15th September 2024.

Departure: 10h30
ROUTE: Crystal Taj Domaine, Mare D’Albert - Plaine Magnien - Mahebourg – Vieux Grand Port – Quatre Soeur - Beau Champ - Bel Air – Ecroignard – Bramsthan – C Flacq – St Julien – Q Militaire - Bagatelle Mall

NOTE:
(1) A PARTICIPATION FEE of Rs 150 will be applied.
(2) ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE ONLINE AND PAYMENT ALSO VIA JUICE OR BANK TRANSFER ON MUGEN CAR CLUB MCB ACCOUNT
(3)HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO MENTION 'GOING' IF YOU'LL NOT JOIN IN.
(4) NO LOUD MUSIC ON BAGATELLE PARKING LOTS, NO FLAME THROWERS, NO BACKFIRE and No Dumping.
General Rules and Regulations for HONDA MEET 2024
1) This is not a race. You will have to abide by ALL traffic Rules and Regulations enforced by the Government of Mauritius/ Traffic Branch. Exceeding speed limits, overtaking carelessly and any other dangerous driving will not be tolerated, will be removed from the flock of vehicles.
2) Participating vehicles should have a valid insurance cover, road worthy fitness certificate, and valid road tax.
3) OFFICIALS, along with 3 Traffic Police Riders will be escorting the flock of vehicle. Kindly abide by their directives to ensure your safety.
4) There will be 1 leader in front, everyone shall adapt their speed according to the leader (average speed shall be 50km/h or less in particular regions).
5) PLEASE keep appropriate distance between the cars in front of you as sudden stops and sudden brakings are frequent during road trips.
6) ALCOHOL and DRUGS are strictly prohibited at all times during the Roadshow.
7) There will be dedicated photographers and official cars which will be introduced during briefing before starting the engines. ****Please always give way to them whenever requested. They will be noticeable with their headlights or hazard on. We encourage everyone to wave, smile, and make peace or thumbs up symbols when coverage team is driving by.
😎 BACKFIRE, FLAME THROWERS & BURN OUTs are strictly NOT ALLOWED!!!
9) Before leaving for the Roadshow, there will be a briefing. All drivers should raise concern if any instruction is unclear.
10) All cars which will not participate in the Roadshow should not be aligned in the departure line and will be asked to either leave the parking lots 5mins before or start their engine after the roadshow flock has already left.
IMPORTANT
*** Drivers participating in this event should have a valid driving license
*** Please bring your own food and beverages. Roadtrip ends at Bagatelle Mall
*** Please check all your signal lights, headlights, spare tyre pressure, validity of fire extinguisher, fluids levels, brakes and stop lights before participating in the road trip.
*** Always wear your seatbelts during road trip. Those who have a first aid kit are encouraged to bring them.
*** Officials will be there to help you in case of issues..
The MUGEN CAR CLUB will not be held responsible for any issues which might occur in the event of above mentioned rules and regulations are not respected strictly. Remember, your safety is our priority!
