Vessel Superintendent
Location: Qormi

About the Role
Cassar Fuel Ltd is seeking an experienced Vessel Superintendent to manage the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our vessels. The ideal candidate will ensure all technical, maintenance, and operational activities meet company and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day technical management of assigned vessels.
• Plan and supervise dry dockings, maintenance, and repair works.
• Ensure compliance with class, flag, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and control maintenance and repair budgets.
• Liaise with ship crews, contractors, and classification societies.
Requirements
• Degree in Marine Engineering or Class 1 COC (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or senior seagoing position.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance systems and maritime regulations.
