As much as we’ve been using our platform to share updates and support our NMI family during this time, we also wanted to share where we’re at as a small business.
Bonitu Basula is our only source of income and what allows us to provide for our family, especially our autistic son. So while our hearts are fully with our islands and the ongoing recovery, we’ll still be continuing to take orders, update our website, and mail out pieces as we’re able.
We’ve always poured so much love into what we create, and more than anything, we would much rather earn our support through our work than simply receive donations. But truly, any form of support—whether it’s a purchase, a share, or even just engaging with our posts—means more to us than you know.
We’ll continue to post updates for our NMI family while also doing what we need to do to sustain our own. Thank you all for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support during this time ❤️🩹
