• Quickly master Zoho app and platform environment.

• Maintain/refine current applications.

• Integrate Zoho enterprise applications.

• Develop new mobile apps on the Zoho platform.

• Guide the company to more advanced application frameworks in the future (e.g. mobile apps in Flutter or React).

• Recruit and manage Junior Developers as the Team grows.

• Minimum 3 years experience in software development field.

• Knowledge of APIs and experience of software integration.

• Familiarity with pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder is helpful.

• Some experience with leading and planning technical software implementation processes.

• Frequent interaction with customers and users to capture and define requirements.

• Someone with an agile/lean work approach, structured project progression ability and good communications skills is highly desirable.

Family-owned shops in Myanmar are likely to be greatly impacted by the Covid pandemic.
​
- From April 4-8 we conducted phone interviews with over 450 Shops in our Network across Yangon and Mandalay - to see how they were coping.
- We asked them about the impact on their operations, their plans for being open over the Thingyan holiday, and the challenges they faced.
- 470 mom and pop shop owners talked to us over 4 days and shared a bit of their story. Were they impacted by the arrival of the virus in this country? What challenges are they facing? What is happening in their business? And what do they need to keep going?
