c products bought from FiiO authorized sales agents (aka 2LinesDistribution for Myanmar region) with valid security code. If the replacement unit is out of stock on the time of exchange, customers may either upgrade to a better product by paying additional credit or wait for the stock to arrive.
3. For any service outside of a warranty period, customer is eligible to bear the neccessary shipping and logistic costs, service charges and/or costs for the spare parts.
4. The provided warranty is null and voided under the following circumstances:
a. Defects or damage caused by improper operations such as vibrating, bumping, falling to the ground, buckling, tearing, excessive pulling. Defects or damage caused by dissassembly of the product by user or unauthorized repair personnel. Defects or damage for placing the unit in humid environments, high-intensity magnetic fields or soaked into water
d. Defects or damage caused by natural disasters. Serviced/ dismantled by customers themselves
g. Burning in using extremely loud volume settings
h. Unable to provide valid proofs of purchase such as invoice/ receipt from FiiO authorized dealers
Note: Determining user fault or factory error lies solely under the judgement of FiiO's service personnel.
5. Free replacement or repair is only applied to earbuds excluding any accessories or gifts. Note: The above warranty starts from the issue date of the invoice/receipt. FiiO reserves the final interpretation and amendment for the above warranty terms and conditions.
6. For serious repair services that would require the defective product to ship back to the factory customer will have to bear the half of the frieght charges (i.e. shipping to send back to the factory).
