💼 Position: Customer Service Executive
📌 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Work on a shift-based schedule as required
✔️ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions
✔️ Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
✔️ Develop in-depth knowledge of company products to provide accurate information
✔️ Process orders, applications, and customer requests
✔️ Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
✔️ Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service
✔️ Provide insights to improve the customer service process
✔️ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver professional support
📌 Requirements:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
✔️ Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns effectively
✔️ Comfortable using computers and digital systems
✔️ Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
✔️ Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
🎁 Benefits:
