• Service Agent (19 positions available)
• Trainer (1 position available)
• IT Support (1 position available)
Service Agent:
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
During the training period,top-performing Service Agents will be promoted to Senior positions. As the company continues to expand, additional opportunities for senior and leadership roles will become available in the following months.
Trainer:
We are seeking one Trainer who will be responsible for training and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to explain processes clearly, and experience in a call center or training environment.
IT Support:
We are looking for one IT Support specialist to maintain systems, provide technical support, and ensure smooth daily operations within the call center environment. Previous IT or technical support experience is preferred.
Training Start Date:
📅 January 20
Documentation Deadline:
📌 All required documentation must be submitted by January 5
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation:
• Salary based on qualifications, education, and experience
Requirements:
• Successful completion of a drug test
• Clean criminal record
