Homemade: Let’s make matcha / hojicha lattes at home
Featuring blueberry syrup + blueberry & lemon swirl loaf cake 🍋🫐
An Easter weekend at home, chilling, scrolling through social media and was inspired to try a swirl loaf cake after watching reels! Blueberries are currently my go to syrup to make at home (sometimes strawberries) and I used the left over blueberry fruit (separated from the syrup) to mix into lemon cake batter, to create the swirl effect. Ofcourse with any new recipe it takes double the time to understand the process and hope for the best result… happy to say it turned out okay! :)
