What do you do when you wake up feeling not motivated? 🤔
I woke up not feeling motivated, and I wasn't going to do anything that day. ( It happens to all of us, doesn't it?)
But something unbelievable happened that changed the course of the day, and I ended up having the most productive day I could dream of having.💪
How was it possible to move from a lazy, unmotivated state to an absolute beast mode?🤔
I could hear David Goggins yelling at me, "You have to do your best work when you are the least motivated" This is just one of the valuable lessons from this incredible book.🗣️
I decided to challenge myself by having the most intense workout in the last two years.
The results?
I biked for 24 km in 45 minutes only instead of 60 minutes previously, and my top speed was 37km/h while once it was 32km/h. 💪
I wanted to give up after 10 minutes,15 minutes, 20minutes, 25 minutes... 🥱
After finishing it, I felt so great about myself how I was able to make that shift in my mindset, and I ended up having a great productive day.
For Everyone who's struggling right now in life and/or feeling lost, depressed, unmotivated, undisciplined, etc., and truly wants to make a real change in their life with no fluff or bu****it, This book is for YOU. 📚
