В минском баре подают жареных сверчков !
В баре «Клумба» на Зыбицкой подают жареных в масле сверчков: за ведерко в 40 грамм просят 12 рублей.
В меню заведения указано, что сверчки хрустят как чипсы и подаются в ведерке на выбор с солью, перцем или карри.
Сверчков бару поставляет беларуская ферма Crickets.by. Гендиректор фермы Сергей Макаров рассказал, что насекомые заведению поставляются в замороженном виде. «По вкусу сверчок напоминает жареные семечки (если говорить про сверчка в фритюре ), некоторые говорят что на семечки черные, некоторые, что на тыквенные, — говорит Сергей. — Конечно это закуска к пиву. Когда вставал вопрос с московскими ресторанами, в какой сегмент отдавать, пивной или премиум рестораны, мы решили что пиво круче, а с вином пускай устрицы идут».
Этих насекомых употребляют в пищу в Таиланде, Европе, США и Канаде — они содержат больше белка, чем говядина, и больше кальция, чем молочные продукты.

Hop.City, which provides scooters as part of scootersharing, will launch another service. They will be battery-operated - actually: Battery-operated, the name is proprietary - i.e. charging stations for small electric vehicles, on which it will also be possible to replace the battery pack.
Hop.City like Gogoro? Even better!
The idea of replacing the battery while traveling is not new. In the electric scooter segment, Gogoro has the largest network of its kind, which in mid-2018 had as many as 750 stations in Taiwan, mainly in Taipei.
In Hop.City, devices will offer a wider range of functions, they will be more universal:
battery replacement if the vehicle (scooter) gives such possibility,
Charging the battery pack
charging the vehicle if battery replacement is not an option - also a scooter or bicycle (Gogoro only supports its scooters).
The devices are to be included in the route planning mechanism and will stand in key city locations, which means that even owners of scooters or scooters from third parties will be able to recharge while traveling. The company received two grants for the development of the network with a total value of PLN 8 million, work is currently underway on finalizing the appearance of the device (current stage: alpha 1) and an IT system that will manage the whole.
At the moment Hop.City provides its scooters in Warsaw, Łódź, Częstochowa, Wrocław, Tri-City and Szczecin. We learned that the first battery was to be installed in Warsaw or Wrocław - it should happen in the third or fourth quarter of this year.
As part of Impact mobility rEVolution'19 in Katowice, Hop.City (JedenŚlad Sp.z o.o.) presented the first version - alfa1 Bateriomatu®. It is a project of innovative battery charging stations for most light electric vehicles: scooters, bicycles, scooters, etc. The device will act as "boxes" for storing replaceable batteries, and at the same time a charging point for various types of e-vehicles, both private and shared. Bateriomaty® is the first of its kind in the world.
