Under My Skin by Francesca Bianchi, 30 ml extrait

Francesca Bianchi has burst into the fragrance world with an exciting range of wonderful and elegant scents that spark emotions and memories.

I was hooked from the first spray. From the initial opening you get a leathery anamelic smell that is very seductive, beautiful and soft its a more human sort of smell rather than the usual in your face anamelic scent. There is a salty sweet vibe that wraps and develops into something very sensual, sexy and musky. The journey is intimate and rather mysterious as it transitions into this lustful erotic scent . The iris butter blends perfectly with the florals and the castoreum joins force's to give this a captivating seductive aroma. This isn't just a nice smell its a journey of desire. The depth and harmonious fusion of these aromas spark passion that is so endearing.
The leather impression stays throughout the journey but wraps itself around the tones of sweetness and musk to project an aroma that is so addictive. It becomes a part of you when your wearing it and if you smell it on someone else it comes across as very mesmerising to a state were I think this needs to have a warning on the bottle with something like "aphrodisiac properties" or "mood transformer". The leathery musk does slightly fade to reveal more iris in the later stages with a sweet powdery aroma that gives this fragrance another kick to the senses. This is my number one scent for those special times, I can't believe you can bottle this.

Notes: grapefruit, lavender, black pepper, spices, bulgarian rose, carnation, iris butter, musk, castoreum, ambergris, leather accord, costus, tonka bean, tolu balsam, peru balsam, sandal mysore, vanilla, treemoss.

I will be reviewing other scents in her line, next up will be S*x and the Sea, I don't have a bottle its just a sample but I will be purchasing a full bottle in the near future. I will also have to acquire a sample of her new scent that's launching soon called A Lover's Tale.
