Small Fiat 500. Big difference. 🔊
This time, a compact Fiat 500 arrived at our studio for a complete upgrade focused on two things: acoustic comfort and better sound quality.
We started with soundproofing. The boot floor and the area beneath the rear seat were treated, along with the rear quarter panels, wheel arches and front doors.
But the work did not stop at the metal surfaces. All plastic trim panels that had to be removed to access the treated areas were also treated with dedicated sound-damping materials. Contact points between plastic components were treated with special materials to prevent squeaks, vibrations and other unwanted noises.
Next came the audio system.
For this Fiat 500, we selected high-sensitivity components from the BLAM Super Relax series. Up front, we installed a component system with tweeters and midbass drivers, while the rear quarter panels received coaxial speakers.
But the goal was not simply to install better speakers. It was to do everything properly, precisely and without compromising the factory appearance of the car.
Custom speaker adapters were designed and 3D-printed specifically for the installation. The factory rivets were replaced with riveted threaded inserts, providing a secure mounting solution while also making future servicing and removal much easier.
No unnecessary modifications.
No compromises in installation quality.
Once everything is assembled, the Fiat 500 looks completely factory from the outside.
But behind the wheel, the difference is immediately noticeable.
Less road noise. Fewer unwanted rattles and vibrations. More comfort. Cleaner, more detailed and more engaging sound.
That is how we see a quality car audio installation — you hear the result, while the work itself remains almost invisible. 🎶
