Our favorite Christmas dessert, reinvented into a new treat 🍞
Panettone is already perfect on its own,
but transformed into this pudding, it goes to the next level.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g panettone
- 250 ml cream
- 120 g cane sugar or panela
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g chocolate
- Butter for greasing
- Icing sugar
- Toffee (optional)
🔻 Prepare a mixture with the cream, sugar, salt, eggs, and yolks.
🔻 Tear the panettone into pieces and soak them in the mixture.
🔻 Drain slightly and place in a butter-greased baking dish.
🔻 Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356ºF). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar.
