In the darkest times, Hope remains!

I created this box of “Demi de M”, my signature Easter chocolates, to remind us all that no matter how overwhelming the darkness becomes, hope still exists, standing out.

3 ganaches: Le Noir, Sel Caramel and Mangue-passion. As for the one white chocolate, it is a flavor inherent to our dear Lebanon, you will have to guess it.

My first award at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2014 was such an unexpected and unforgettable surprise. It was a chance to show the world how much we Lebanese have to offer, and an honor to stand among great chefs from around the globe — alongside M. Jacques Pessis, President of Le Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat, and the remarkable M. François Jeantet, the visionary founder of the Salon du Chocolat.
