Full Job Description

Mobile Technician:

Our company is looking for a Mobile Phones Repair Technician to join our team (Level 2 and Level 3).

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile devices;
Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality.
Maintain and use repair tools and equipment.
Strategically plan the order of operations to ensure a successful repair;
Provide estimates and quotes;
identify assembly and documents issues;
Repair logic board issues from water damage
Requirements:

Ability to repair Apple iPhones and iPads
Knowledge of mobile devices including manufacturers, operating systems, and network service providers;
Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm;
Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative;
Previous experience of working in a Repair Technician role;
Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques;
Ability to plan and prioritize your workload without supervision;
Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure;
Good Personality with a good attitude;
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 200$-400$ per month
