Kim Chi making April 2024

Taking the Raya holiday, we decided to make kimchi to fulfill our kids stomach. Since the previous batch of Kimchi has finished.

The process of making kimchi is tedious. From choosing the fresh ingredientsss, soak, wash, make sauce, all the cutting works, mixing and finally packing and storing; needs to be handled carefully.

We started the work at the night before; we managed to finish work next day by noon, with many pairs of helping hands. The feeling of togetherness and satisfactory filled our heart. Thanks to you you and you.

We looking forward for the next batch of Kimchi making and more banchan lessons.

See you again next round.
