But at the end of it all… WE ENJOY 🎉
Because we conquered our fears, survived the stairs multiple times, and earned our champion status 🏆

And the after-vibes? MAD FUN for champions only 🫣😂

You signed up for a “simple run and KICC Ascent (whatever that is, you are thinking)” then found yourself conquering 32 levels up KICC fighting for your lungs 😭😂🔥 , for most of us, not once, but twice, thrice, four times, five times because of peer pressure and good vibes, the zeal to do better in 2026 😜.

But when all is said and done… WE ENJOY because we conquered our fears, survived the 32 levels many times and came out as CHAMPIONS 🏆💪🏾

And trust me… the vibes afterwards? MAD FUN for champions only 🫣🫣🎉, all champs!

WE CAME. WE SWEAT. WE CONQUERED. 🔥

It was a full-on energy fest 😄

From the first step to the final climb, the vibes were unmatched. Laughter on the stairs, random sprints, tired legs, deep breaths, and that unstoppable feeling of “one more round, let’s go!”

To everyone who showed up, thank you for bringing the energy and making the session unforgettable. Some came ready to dominate, some came just to try, and others discovered halfway through those stairs have no mercy 😂 . Every single person pushed through.

That’s the beauty of these sessions:
It’s not about being the fastest or strongest.
It’s about showing up, challenging yourself. On to the next, 14th June 🏃🏾.

THANK YOU

Tribe,

Thank you for showing up and flattening those stairs. You made 32 floors look like child’s play, and the beautiful thing is, many of you did it with smiles on your face. Clap for yourselves.

To the parents who brought the little ones — I absolutely loved seeing that. That is how movement culture is built.

To those who thought they couldn’t do it, look at you now. You outdid yourselves. A better version of you is on the horizon, build on this milestone.

Always remember: Your body can go much further when your mind refuses to quit.

We meet again in the next episode -bring a friend, a colleague, a neighbour or even an enemy to see how unbreakable you are. So keep practicing, keep moving, and keep building your endurance.

To those who missed out because of one reason or another — we meet again on 14th June.
